Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Occasionally, during periods of high order volume, such as a promotion or holiday, shipment processing can exceed the two business day window.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.
Local orders (Ghana) will be delivered through dispatch riders no later than 48hrs after order has been processed
Estimated shipping time is approximately 3 - 7 days for international shipment using DHL secured shipment services. Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
Taxes & Duties
The prices of products are expressed inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. We try our best to ensure that there are no custom fees on orders- however, some countries might still be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. Please check with your DHL services in your country before you order.
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Delivery time frames are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or holidays and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through DHL.com
Signatures required
All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes from the courier to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by SECRET LOVAZ
